Project SNIP HSC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing pet overpopulation through affordable spay and neuter programs, community education, and compassionate care.
At Project SNIP HSC, we believe every pet deserves the opportunity to live a healthy, happy life. As a newly established 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving Hot Spring County and the surrounding communities, our mission is to make affordable spay and neuter services more accessible while promoting responsible pet ownership through education and community outreach.
Pet overpopulation continues to impact local families, shelters, and countless animals each year. By bringing low-cost spay and neuter clinics directly to our community, we are working to reduce unwanted litters, prevent unnecessary animal suffering, and create a brighter future for pets throughout our region.
Our organization was founded by a dedicated group of Hot Spring County residents who recognized the growing need for accessible veterinary resources. As pet lovers, neighbors, and community members, we've seen firsthand the challenges families face when affordable services aren't readily available. That's why we're committed to making a difference—one clinic, one pet, and one family at a time.
None of this is possible without the support of our incredible community. Through volunteers, donors, sponsors, and local partnerships, we're building a compassionate network dedicated to protecting the animals we all love.
Together, we're doing more than providing services—we're creating lasting change.
Spay. Neuter. Inspire. Protect.
